• Address and PIN code
• PAN number (required for KYC compliance under IRDAI regulations)
• Aadhaar number (for e-KYC, collected only with your explicit consent)
• Health information provided on proposal forms (for health insurance)
• Nominee details
• Payment details (processed via secure third-party payment gateways — we do not store card data)

• Pages visited, time spent, clicks — via cookies and analytics tools

• To process insurance enquiries, quotes and policy applications
• To transmit proposal data to the relevant insurer for policy issuance

4. Sharing of Information

• Insurers: SBI General Insurance, Magma General Insurance, Go Digit General Insurance — for policy issuance and claims processing
• Payment gateways: RBI-approved payment processors for transaction processing
• Regulatory bodies: IRDAI, UIDAI, NSDL, income tax authorities — as required by law
• Service providers: IT vendors and platform operators bound by confidentiality obligations

We do not sell your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.

We retain personal data for as long as required to fulfil the purposes described above and to comply with applicable legal, regulatory and audit requirements. Policy-related data is retained for a minimum of 7 years after policy expiry, in line with IRDAI record-keeping guidelines.
