All membership benefits displayed on this website are facilitated by our partner benefit providers, which are licensed partner service providers (SBI General Insurance Co. Ltd., Magma General Insurance Co. Ltd., and Go Digit General Insurance Ltd.).
Protection benefits are the subject matter of solicitation. Please read the sales brochure and membership benefit wordings carefully before concluding a sale.

2. Nature of Our Services

- We facilitate enquiries and quote requests which are passed to the relevant partner service provider or our team for follow-up.
- Membership fees and benefits displayed are indicative and subject to the partner service provider's final underwriting decision.
- BharatCover does not guarantee membership benefit issuance, benefit assistance approval, or any specific benefit assistance outcome — these are solely at the partner service provider's discretion.
- Your membership benefit contract is directly with the partner service provider, not with BharatCover.
3. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, premiums and coverage details accurate and up to date. However:
- Membership Solutions and Membership Fees are subject to change by the partner service provider without prior notice.
- Membership benefit wordings published by the partner service provider are the final and binding documents — not summaries on this website.
- Always read the Membership Confirmation in full before purchasing.
4. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information on all proposal forms. Any non-disclosure or misrepresentation may result in benefit assistance rejection or membership benefit cancellation by the partner service provider.
- You are responsible for reviewing membership terms and ensuring the product suits your needs.
- You must not use this website for any unlawful purpose.
- You must not attempt to access, disrupt or compromise any part of the website's systems.
5. KYC and Regulatory Compliance
In accordance with guidelines, KYC (Know Your Customer) is mandatory for all transactions. You will be required to provide your PAN number and may be required to complete e-KYC via UIDAI (Aadhaar) or NSDL (PAN) verification. Your Membership Confirmation will be issued digitally and credited to your e-account as required by e-commerce regulations.
6. Free-Look Period
For health protection benefits, you have a 15-day free-look period from the date of receipt of the Membership Confirmation. If you are not satisfied with the membership benefit, you may return it during this period. The refund will be the membership fee paid less a pro-rata amount for days of risk covered and any stamp duty charges. Contact us at hello@bharatcover.net to initiate a free-look cancellation.
7. Membership Fees and Payments
- All membership fees displayed exclude GST (18%) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed via RBI-approved payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking credentials.
- Membership fee receipts are issued by the partner service provider.
- In the event of a failed payment, please contact us before retrying to avoid duplicate charges.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of BharatCover or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content without our written permission. The BharatCover logo and name are trademarks of VS Enterprises.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BharatCover shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the products described herein. Our liability in any matter is limited to the distribution fees received on the relevant transaction.
We are not liable for decisions made by partner service providers regarding membership benefit issuance, membership fee loading, exclusions or benefit assistance settlement.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India and to the jurisdiction of the regulatory authority.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
